3. Do you create the content or do I need to provide it?

Depending on your package, I can create all new content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) or work with what you already have. Many clients choose a mix — fresh content plus strategic repurposing.

4. How do you decide what to post?

Every package starts with a deep dive into your brand and audience. From there, I create a tailored strategy and monthly content calendar designed to attract and convert your ideal customers.

5. Can I approve content before it goes live?

Yes! No matter the package, you’ll have a chance to review and approve your monthly content calendar before anything gets published.

6. How often will you post?

Your posting frequency depends on the package you select. Some packages include 3 posts a week, others up to 5, plus Stories, Reels/TikToks, and engagement activities.

7. How do you measure success?

I track reach, engagement, follower growth, website clicks, and conversions. Your package determines how detailed your monthly report will be, but all reports come with plain-language insights. Please note: It typically takes about 3 months to see measurable results.

8. Do you respond to comments and messages?

Yes — some packages include full community management, while others focus on posting only. If engagement is included in your plan, I’ll respond to comments and DMs in your brand’s voice so your audience feels connected.

9. Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — all ongoing management packages require a 3-month minimum. This allows us to implement your strategy and see real results (social media growth is gradual, and those first 3 months set the foundation).

10. How much does it cost?

11. Do you offer one-time projects instead of ongoing management?

Yes! If you’re not ready for ongoing management, I offer one-time packages like social media audits, strategy sessions, content shoots, and launch campaigns.
